? about OSU status page

So this might be a really stupid question, but on the OSU status page... how do you know if they received your recommendations? I mean my school sends a committe packet, so if it lists that under the top right where it says "Application Letters of Reference"... do I assume they have received it? Or is that what they're expecting to receive and haven't gotten/processed it?


Sorry if my question was a bit confusing... but I might just call if no one has responded to this by tomorrow morning.

It will list the name of the committee and they type of letter probably. I am doing the multiple letters from profs, but it was very clear when they received them.

There is a link on the page for "Status Details" which, for me, brought up a letter from the Dean of Admissions that my application was complete. I have the same thing - my committee letters are listed and then a long paragraph about how some letters may still be pending. But I only had the committee letter, so it made me wonder. Try the status details link, if you have one.

Exactly what I have... does that mean we're both complete then? I'm assuming so since they wouldn't be reviewing w/o our LORs

OSU is different from many schools in that they interview without your LORs. The LORs (even if they are received before the interview) are only evaluated in the post-interview process.
