Hi! I'm taking DAT for the first time.
I was trying to schedule an exam, but I'm stuck on the eligibility information section.
Whenever I put my dentpin number for eligibility ID, it says that "The eligibility ID does not exist or has already been used".
Could anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Because of the entire COVID situation, Prometric is cancelling and rescheduling dates for people, so you may not be able to schedule a date on your own just yet. I would send Prometric and the ADA an email to see what's going on. Don't worry though, you're not the only one this is happening to.

I had the same issue, got an email this morning that it's been solved. Contact ADA's LiveChat and email ([email protected]) with your DENTPIN along with some details and they'll solve your eligibility issue.
