Osler institute has questions that you can get if you take the course. I'm not sure if you can buy the questions (you can buy the course handouts/notes).
There is a textbook by Leftkowich (spelling might be wrong) with AP practice questions, and the JHU path department website has online cases with multiple choice.

Yes, that was a good service. Although they definitely decreased the frequency of mailings in the past year. But perhaps you can access older mailings if you register.
