I am setting for the American Board of Surgery exam this year.
I am Canadian and I wonder were can I get the questions bank?
Any help is highly appreciated.

There is no question bank for the ABS written examination. SESAP is the official recommended publication.

I'm also Canadian and wrote the ABS the summer after the Royal College exam. If you have prepared for the Royal College then all you need to do is review vascular and ICU (both are a bigger part of ABS then they are the FRCS). You should be fine. I passed without any problems.
