two quick questions...
(1) I've been having trouble tracking down the numbers for cardiologists' current malpractice averages (particularly Invasive cards and Interventional cards)... does anybody know what they might be, or where I might be able to find them?
(2) Ideally, I'd like to go into academic cardiology... but I'm concerned about the combo of malpractice and loan debt (private school loans add up REAL fast) being more than is feasible on an academic salary. Does anybody know whether malpractice for academic cardiologists is typically covered by their university/institution or not?
