I am filling out secondaries and was asked: "Have you experienced academic difficulties, had any grades below "B minus," or any course withdrawals while in college?"

I had ACL surgery right as the spring term was starting in my junior year and missed a good month of classes. I was also undergoing physical therapy throughout the spring semester. As a result of missing class, not being able to focus only on coursework when I returned, and the general sadness I was experiencing because I could no longer play sports, I had the worst semester of my college career: 3B's and 1A (this class was online).

Would this count as an Academic difficulty?

I wouldn't count it since it asked for B- and below. I had an entire year that resulted in a 2.2 GPA (and I had one D). I think that's more along the lines of what they're expecting.

I don't think this prompt is applicable to you OP. A few B's aren't the end of the world.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that a "B" is not a grade that is lower than a "B -" and is not a withdrawal.

So no. It doesn't count.
