Has anyone here taken advantage of Academic Fresh Start, and if so, how have you fared?
(For those not familiar with the it, AFS is a
state-mandated option in which the public graduate school institutions base your competitiveness solely upon your academic performance during the 10 years immediately before matriculation. For most students, this means retaking a lot of classes that are required for Med School. Now, this program is valid in Texas, but I don't know of any other state which provides this option. I'd like to
hear your feedback: in AND out of state).
Thanks
