Academic Update After Acceptance

Do schools look at the academic update after you have already been accepted or do they only pay attention to the transcripts they request you send directly from your undergrad or anywhere else you took the required prereqs?

Either way, both SHOULD be the same. If you did it properly.. right? so would it even matter if they looked at one or both?
