Academic Update for 2010-2011 Cycle

I believe that there is an academic update period in November (so I hear).

Does anyone know when this begins? Also, is it an update through AADSAS?

I appreciate any help. I could seem to find anything regarding this when I briefly looked at AADSAS. 🙂

so should i not update until the end of the semester even though i changed the classes i took this fall? and then just enter in my grades and my in progress courses for next semester? ughhh hopefully this won't even mater come on Dec 1st acceptance

Haha I'm in the same boat. I did really well this spring/summer so I want those up! But I have to wait until January also.. :-/

Couple questions:

1. Do we need to mail transcript matching forms along with the trancripts?

2. Will academic update reach schools on time to affect school decisions for Dec. 1?

I took O. Chem II over the summer which was not part of the transcript I sent to AADSAS when I applied. Should I wait until the end of my fall semester to submit the academic update since I am still taking classes or should I do it immediately so that they can see the O. Chem grade?

I think it depends on your situation? I'm going to update right away because I think my summer grades will strengthen my application before its too late in the cycle.

I'm taking one course this fall but it's not a prereq so I'm not going to sweat it ... I can send them the rest of my transcripts after the acceptance letter 🙂

Am I the only one that DOESN'T see the yellow button to click to submit the academic update?
