Academic update still waiting...

It has been a month and a half since I submitted my transcripts and about 3 weeks since I sent them again. They processed one but not the other. Seeing that yesterday was the last day to get transcripts in I called AADSAS today and they said if I'm worried about it to send my transcripts directly to the schools. Will they process and "Academic update" for one transcript? do you suggest that I do send them to schools? Is it worth it with the Academic success acceptance ratio?
