Academic Update

Does the academic update even apply to the school that have already rejected you? I received a notice for the academic update and am going to do it but I really am not sure how helpful this will be. I am really hoping I get in but thats just me being hopeful I really don't think theres any chance with my low oGPA and sGPA.

Any advice would be great.

Not for rejections that have already happened, but it will help with the schools that are still considering you.
