Yes, keep the schools you're interested in updated.
If you already get accepted and will attend that school, do you still need to do academic update?

No, I don't think that it is necessary. You're already in.
The school you attend will still want to see your fall and spring grades though. I would just hold off on sending your school the transcript until they ask you directly for it... do your best to make Bs

I just submitted by academic update on aadsas and sent the transcripts. Do I still need to email the school to let them know about the update?

You can write a letter of interest/ intent.
Is it possible for me to request them to not make a decision until after my gpa is verified again?
Is aadsas on holiday? I sent my transcripts in a week ago and they have arrived but not been verified. Has anyone been re-verified yet or am I just anxious? Probably the latter..
In the email I received it says it takes them at least 2 weeks to update GPAs after receiving and verifying transcripts.
