If my GPA was recalculated this past week (01/27), do you guys know when pharmCAS will send out my updated info to my designated schools? Or how often they send out the update info?

It says on their website in about a week after the update. PharmCAS usually sends out stuff on monday of everyweek. I'm guessing it would be on the monday after they recalculate.

I submitted my academic update on 1/15 and they received all of my transcripts on 1/29. I know they state it will take about 4-6 weeks to calculate my GPA, but I'm hoping they will be faster. How long is it actually taking everyone?

It's been day 10 for me already after they had received my last transcript on 1/21. I think I submitted my academic update at the beginning of January.

Had the transcripts come in 12/08 and submitted academic update 1/5/09 and my gpa still hasn't been recalculated. 👎

does anyone knows what the committee actually see when they look at the academic updates? Like for instance, if i did well in a particular course and I want the committee to take note of that, would they be able to. Or do they just look at the recalculated GPA?

Will there just be a completely separate section from the initial GPA calculation, or will they just adjust the numbers as necessary?

They just adjust the numbers. My new cumulative GPA replaced the old one.

I'm so happy that they finally calculated my GPA on Monday, so I'm really looking forward for it to be sent to the schools this Monday.

how long will it take for pharmcas to calculate and send new gpa to schools in my case? i e-submitted AU on 1/28 and they received my transcript on 1/30. No words from them yet..

my academic update GPA was calcualted on 02/18. so when will the updated application be forwarded to pharmacy school? Will I get another email from PharmCAS?

They will send it on Mondays, so probably this coming Monday. You probably got an email from PharmCAS stating that they have recalculated your GPA, but not an email after that to confirm that they did send it to the schools.

mine got sent out last monday (2/16) after it was submitted sometime in december 😕 but it was verified maybe 2 weeks before that. so be patient and let the schools know that the AU is coming!

It took almost 4 weeks from the day they received (1/26) my last transcript to the time they mailed out (2/23) the revise application.
