Where can I find out information on accrediation of programs? Is there a list of programs that I can just glance at and see which one is on probation and vice versa? Thanks.

i have a family friend who is applying to an IM program in brooklyn. after looking it up on the ACGME website, it says it does NOT participate in the NRMP. does that mean they select all their residents outside of the match? and how would that affect ones residency? would really appreciate any answers.
