Accelerated 3 year PharmD programs for Fall 2009

I was wondering if anyone has a full list of all the accelerated 3 year programs available in the US? The ones i know of are Albany, LECOM - Lake Erie, South and UACP. If anyone knows of any others please could you let me know...

Also maybe we could use this thread for everyone interested in these programs for Fall 2009?

Albany does not have a 3-year program anymore.
