I'm a junior in high school and exploring my options but the college websites aren't very fond of giving me the information I actually want. Would I be able to use the credits earned through high school AP towards an advanced medical degree?

NO, AP courses only give you undergrad credit, not med school credit. With that being said, you would need to prove in undergrad that you can handle the load by actually taking the classes required for medical school. There are no short cuts

Gahhh okay. I wasnt sure because it was an Pre med and med program combined. I just never wanted to be the one that was in college for EVER and have been working my ass off to try and get my life started.

Becoming a doctor takes a while, but never forever. I'll add up my own years in school though (some yet to be completed), for your relative comparison: UG: 4 years GRAD: 2 years Pre-med post-bacc: 2 years. Med School: 4 more years... Considering you could make it through from start to finish in as few as 7-8, it won't be much compared to the time many of us will have put in. Though 8 years, being approximately half of your current life seems like a lot, it's really not long. Don't forget to live between the moments of school, mature, and get some perspective outside the life of an overachieving pre-med student. The result of your med school interviews might be a rude awakening should you forget to do that.

Yes, that is how we all feel at 18 but life doesn't work that way. My total journey was a long one. 7 years undergrad, one year post-bacc. second year post-bacc, 4 years medical school, 3 years residency + 16 years total. I didn't do that all in a row since I lived too. From high school graduation to residency graduation was 22 years.

Sounds like you've got one of those 6 year programs which combines undergrad and Med School. It shaves 2 years off your timeline, but you have to keep your GPA up above a certain bar. I know some schools have that, and if you were accepted, then you're very lucky. Feel free to take AP classes, but realize you'll still have to take credit classes for the Med School pre-requisites, or whatever sequence your program requires.

Not necessarily true. Quite a few schools i looked at take some AP credits as pre-reqs. This will most obviously depend on the school but he should speak to the admissions director concerning this matter.
