Quick question. Since the accelerated programs are 3 years, I was wondering what the financial aid packet looked like. The maximum stafford loan i think is 30K a year, while tuition for 3 year programs are 40K plus cost of living a year. What is used to cover the difference or does the maximum stafford loan increase for more expensive schools?

I believe the maximum stafford loan amount is $33000 per year. You can take out a GradPLUS loan in addition which would cover up to the cost of attendance figure provided by your school.
