Hi guys,
I was thinking if someone could help me understand the following concepts
Why does an object's speed increase when acceleration(a) is in the same direction as velocity(v)?
When a is perpendicular to v why is the object's speed constant?
Why does an object's speed decrease when a is in opposite direction of v.?
Why is it that when a is between zero degrees to 90 degrees to v, objects speed increase and the direction of v changes?
lastly Why does an object's speed decrease and the direction of v changes when a is at an angle between 90 to 180 to v.
Thanks!
