How do interviewers view international accents with a couple of random mispronunciation of words during interviews?
 
Does it sound as if patients and other members of the health care team going to struggle to understand what you are staying or misunderstand and make an error in judgment because of your accent? If interviewers judge that your accent is going to be a problem, it will be an area of concern and it will be mentioned in their communication with the larger adcom.

but do adcoms give extra points for applicants who have sexy accents? 😉
 
Jersey accents I can handle perfectly.

Northern FL seems like no known language, though.

TX took some getting used to. Did you know that Brit-tayne in that country the Queen of England rules over?

Or that the pine-airs where the people who settled the country?

And that birds have "wangs"?

"Tars" are the things your cars roll on?

I have a hispanic accent (not born in the US) and Im sure I pronounced some words wrong during my interviews but got accepted anyways. Just try to pronounce each word well and don't speak too fast.
