Just got accepted, "upon successful completion of my program"

I took a class not apart of my program and got a "D", will I now be rejected,??? and retaking the course is not an option because its only offered in the fall😕

If the course isn't required and you still qualify to graduate and have completed all the prereq's for the dental school, you will be fine.

if its not required can you ask for a Pass/Fail option or withdraw from the class?
