There is a program for people straight out of undergrad. It's the Masters of Health Science program - it's 1-2 years, and you take all of your classes alongside the MPH and DrPH students. The only problem I had with the program is that I always have to explain what a MHS is. 🙂 I do recommend the program. You can choose a track just like the MPH students, and have access to a fantastic faculty and resources the hospital as well.
I don't know what the policy is at Harvard...
