Somebody may already ask this before but I couln't seem to find it any where. Typically, how long do you have until you have to respond to the school whether you will go to their school or not?

And when you confirm with them, make deposit and everything, can you still change your mind and go to some other schools instead? 😕

Of course you can go to another school, but you forfeit your deposit. As far as the timeline, each school that accepts you should have deadlines posted for you.

If accepted BEFORE Nov 15, most require deposit by Dec 15. If accepted after Nov 15 and before x date, you have 30 days.

Generally most schools follow the same rules, but some are different. Nothing says you can't hold acceptances at multiple schools - but whether you will get your deposits back is another story entirely.
