I scheduled my interview the same day I had my interview at Roseman. I recently was accepted to Roseman and am considering if I should still interview at Midwestern next week (I bought insurance on my flight because of this). I live in Utah. Anyone have any insight because I think they are comparable in price? Is it worth saving $500 and not going?!

Is roseman your top choice? If it is, then save the money. You will need to start saving as much as you can.

It's really a personal decision at that point. If they're comparable in price, consider the other factors: curriculum, P/F grading, location, etc. If you're happy with going to Roseman and will go regardless of the interview results at MW-IL, then decline the interview! Totally respectable move to save your money and their time (and give another applicant the spot). If you're genuinely considering MW-IL, then go to the interview, you earned the spot! Good luck.

I was in exact same position as you. Except I ended up going to Illinois interview because I didn't get accepted to Roseman sooner! I preferred pretty much everything about Roseman. It is also cheaper, although not super significantly.
