Acceptance w/o interview

I heard that some schools accept students even without the interview.
Is this true?
If so, why do they do that? just because students are so outstanding?
or they officially don't have interview for the early applicants?

i don't know the reason, but i know NYU does this for some of their applicants...

i was accepted to nyu w/o one..i honestly can't tell you why because as you can see my stats aren't spectacular or anything, i made a post about it a while ago..do a search and you'll find it

Creighton doesn't have an interview process at all.

you can also get accepted at marquette without and interview. but i heard thast gonna change next year i think.

I didn't know Creighton didn't have interview.
So only Creighton does not require interview?

Your parents must have a very strong pull 🙄 and on a top of everything else NYU is a very corrupted school = an ideal combination to be accepted without an interview. Correct me if I am wrong 🙂
