So English is not my strong suit. I'm more geared towards math and sciences. I was wondering if a postbac/smp would help me out?
Im seeking to apply only to do schools. I hope to gain some research experience as well as volunteer work. I currently work as a nurse. I wonder if that'll give me clinical experience?
I want only to become a physician. I'm more focused than I was initially. I'm willing to take my time to really make up for those low grades? If I score 30+ on the mcat w/a 4.0 postbac/smp will I stand a better chance?
Any advice?
I realize my past mistakes and have learned accordingly. I seek to improve my standing as an applicant.

what are your cGPA and sGPA with all of these grades? if applying DO, only your retakes count in your GPA calculations, even though schools will see them all. Calculate these and people will be more able to help you.

Also, list out your extra curricular activities, which will also help them tell you where to aim as far as your MCAT and what to do next. Good luck!

Yeah, let us know what your sGPA/cGPA is and we'll have a better understanding of where you're at. You may not even need to take an SMP since you did well on your retakes, and some of the upper level classes.

Also remember, that AACOMAS does not include math classes as part of your science GPA. So if you figure out what your AACOMAS sGPA/cGPA are, it'll help us help YOU! 🙂

Oh ya, and a brief list of ECs will help as well.

Why you F in Lab guy?

1). Find lab partner (preferably hot gurl)
2). Work together on Lab (aka. copy lab report)
3). ?????????????
4). Medical school.

The D in gen chem II lab needs to be retaken if you haven't already
