My roommate's friend (recently admitted to UOP and USC) got caught cheating on his biology lab report. So this will obviously be in his permanent record. He wants to know if they are going to withdraw their offer to pharmacy schools now. I've known him for a while and I know he's never done anything like this in his life before and was just not thinking correctly.

He's a goner.

I will never understand why people would risk their future for a few lousy points on some test, lab, or other assignment.

How would the schools find out if he's already been accepted? unless the professor will notify them..

Good point, indoflip. But would the school put it in his permanent record or would it put it on his transcript, which must be mailed to the pharm school at the end of the semester.

Cheating is a big no-no for professional schools. At my school, for undergrads, if you get caught cheating, you're automatically expelled.
