Acceptances for Columbia Feb interviews? - UBC vs Columbia

Hello,

Columbia has been one of my top choices and I just had my interview on Feb. 5th.

But the thing is..I recently got an offer from UBC (U of British Columbia;I'm canadian!) which I didn't expect at all since it's extremely competitive, and now they are giving me a big dilemma.

UBC deposit is 10K; I'm not gonna waste that and I have to make a decision by 28th. I think I may still go to Columbia because I might specialize and I don't think I would get a chance in UBC. but I don't know when I will hear back from columbia..

Anyone knows when? any comments are appreciated!

why don't you think you can specialize from UBC? they just opened like 3-4 new specialization programs and they need people to fill those spots.

Remember, there where 12 other people in that interview day too! Dont cound on getting into columbia; UBC is the place to go!🙂

omfg $10,000??? wow that sucks. Still, vancouver is such a nice city. Thats a tough choice.
