A school accepted me yesterday at 6 PM. I now have one day to decide between my current plan-to-enroll option and this new acceptance with no information on my campus assignment or financial aid package from the school. Has anyone had any luck calling admissions and asking them for this type of information?

if possible u should go to the school and find out all the info you need. if not, try calling them at any possible number. That is, if you really prefer this new school over the other...of course preference may change depending on what they have to offer. But yes call

I am in a similar situation, except I was accepted at the end of last week by another school after I already narrowed it down to one acceptance. I spoke with an AMCAS representative and she said AMCAS does not /cannot withdraw you from schools if PTE isnt selected today. Only the individual schools can do that. So I contacted both schools to tell them the situation and asked for more time and they were accomodating. I have until I recieve more information about financial aid from both schools to decide. So I will be holding on to both acceptances and not selecting PTE until I get that information.

I had the exact same thing happen to me. I rea ned out to both schools and they have been very accommodating. They are giving me a time to get financial aid and think about it.

Thanks everyone! When it came down to it, the choice was really not as difficult as I thought. My current plan to enroll choice has and will always be my top (albeit expensive) choice. I think I got anxious with the looming deadline and a new option to evaluate in such a short amount of time.
