Just wondering if anyone knows about how many are being interviewed at these two schools this season. I have interviews at both and and keeping my hopes up of getting in to at least one!

thanks! 😀

Wow nice job tooth monster. UCLA typically only interviews the people their sure of accepting. Do you mind sharing your stats.

Just out of curiosity, how did you find out that they accept most the people that they interview?

And, what if you are being interviewed on Feb 3rd? Is this an interview for a seat in the class or an alternate spot? I know for sure that they interview for alternate spots after the class if full-- I spoke with Noemi Benitez and Evelyn Marquz, the admission people.

i just had my interview on 1/20 and the students and adcom told us that getting the interview is the hard part. they usually accept most of the applicants they interview. wait so noemi benitez and evelyn marquz already told you your interviewing for alternate spots? that means the class is basically full then right?

No it's not full. If they tell you you're interviewing for an alternate spot then that's what you are interviewing for.

thanks, that alternate talk provided a slight scare. but a friend of mine who is on the committee also said they are way behind and are no where near full.

sorry. i wasn't saying that i am interviewing for an alternate spot (sorry i wasn't clear). i was just saying that when i was talking to evelyn last week, she said that they do interview for alternate spots, and people know that when they interview for them.

How full do you think they are?
