Definitely not an expert on the military requirements, but I would 100% definitely contact the school you were accepted to and discuss this with them.

I would also recommend contacting the military personal you were in contact with setting up the scholarship to discuss this problem

Also call the school you got accepted at to make sure they dont rescind your application if you got a lower overall score. Technically, they can take away your acceptance after any new updates which includes an MCAT. This probably wont happen but you dont want to take the MCAT again just for HPSP and then have your acceptance taken away which would make the HPSP pointless.

I couldn't find any specific subsection cutoffs when I did a quick google search and skimmed the first couple results that popped up.. Just out of curiosity, what are they?

125 or 124 in each section. I can't remember which one
