i'm actually wondering how many students they accept w/o interviews...cuz they've handed out interviews...and i still haven't received one yet...and i submitted my application may 21st...

I don't think anyone got acceptance letters from NYU w/o an interview for entering class of '06. They just got letters stating that they may/are being considered for admission without interview. I think it's a bit early for official acceptance letters.

I was granted deferred enrollment status for Tufts entering class of 2006 after being on their waitlist last year. That is the only way I know of that anyone could be accepted before December 1st. 🙂

It is illegal for a dental school to give out an OFFICIAL acceptance before Dec. 1. Maybe this "accepted" individual has contacts who have let them know that they are basically in, but as far as being accepted for real...i don't think so.
