Accepted off the waitlist but a possible new problem

I just got the call today off the waitlist but I had already made the decision to defer my Master's graduation to Fall. I was able to get it bumped up to summer. I had already completed all requirements of the degree in the Spring so I am not needed anywhere on campus and my degree will simply arrive in the mail at the end of summer.

Is that going to be a problem?

I would assume not. You basically finished a commitment you started, and you assuming you met the requirements to matriculate, I would assume you are fine.

I already have a bachelors degree and all graded coursework for the Master's degree was finished so all that is left is the formal awarding of the diploma which got delayed due to me thinking I wasn't getting off the waitlist.

I called my program and explained the situation and they said it wouldn't be a problem and to just get them the transcript that has the degree awarded when it becomes available in August but to send an unofficial transcript now with spring grades.
