so ive been creeping forums for a while, and ill be applying to dental school this year.
my top choice school is upenn. i was wondering, once accepted, what does one need to do to secure a spot? as in, my friends who were accepted to other dental schools said they had to get a background check done which just entailed them to fill out a sheet of paper asking generic things such as if they have a criminal record etc. is this the background check all schools get done? or do they contact my undergrad school and have my private files sent as well? am i meant to tell my dean about this now or how does this background check thing work at penn......
