Should I finish SMP? I have a spring quarter that will cost me 18k if I decide to stay. What do you think?

Contact the medical school you were accepted to and see what they say if you were to drop out. If the acceptance is contingent upon you doing well in the SMP, then stay. If not, then get the heck out of there and save some $$$. At this point you're already accepted to the school, so it wouldn't hurt to ask.

Absolutely start medical school unless your acceptance is contingent on completing the program. There is no reason to spend the extra money and delay your career for an additional year. Any amount of information that you may learn in that last quarter will be covered in med school—or at least that which is relevant for being a physician.
