Accepted to UCLA - Question

Hello everyone. I am have been blessed to be accepted to UCLA but I have a question. I have been struggling this past quarter in one of sociology my classes and I may get a C in it. I was wondering if getting a C in a class is cause them to rescind my acceptance? In the acceptance letter it says "your acceptance depends upon satisfactory completion of your current academic work, including all prerequisites and unit requirements.."

What does that mean??
