Accepted two pharmacy school offers

I have currently accepted offers at two pharmacy schools in CA. I know which of these schools I want to attend, but I have a pre-req that still must be fulfilled over the summer. I want to let the school I will not be attending know that I would like to withdraw as soon as possible, but it will be mid-June until I actually know if I am able to enroll in the course I need for the other program. If I can't get the course, I want to still have my seat at the other program.
Is there a time frame or deadline by when the schools will make me commit to one school only?

as long you pay the deposit, you should be fine.

It depends on each school. Some schools just want the deposit, while others want you to make a final decision. Check with each school to be sure. Good luck and congrats on getting in!
