One of my LORs is "accepted" but not completed, and when I look in each school's individual application, it shows that his profession occupation is left blank. Is this likely the reason that it is not "completed"? He said that he uploaded the letter the first day that the cycle opened, so what should I say to him about going back through without seeming needy?

all of my letters have the profession occupation left blank but are listed as completed. The accepted vs completed status may have to do with actually matching the letter to your application vs just having aadsas receive the letter.

Shoot. I'll call them and hopefully they'll let me know what is wrong so that I can get this completed.

They say "accepted" is supposed to mean that the letter writer has done something, but hasn't actually submitted.
