As a rule, Canadian medical schools do NOT accept transfers under any circumstances.
If you wished to begin medical school from the beginning again, a few of the medical schools in Canada offer a few seats for non-Canadians to study medicine. Note that competition for admittance to Canadian medical schools is very, very intense.
