I took classes at Northlake. They offer Chem I & II, Physics I&II, and O-chem I&II (and occasionally Bio I & II) accelerated. You can do two sections of Chem, Bio or physics in Fall or Spring semester.
You can also do 2 sections of Bio or Gen Chem in the summer, this year from June 6th to August 7th.
The science department at Northlake is excellent. People come from all over the area to take the accelerated science classes. They are always packed with premed and post-bac students.
Most of the Science prof's have doctorates and have taught for years.
The accelerated classes at Northlake are one of the best kept secrets among non-trad premed's and kids from the other Texas schools home for the summer.
The only drawback, Northlake is a community college. Just because Northlake is a community college don't think these classes are easy though. They go fast! I thought summer was a bit easier, probably 'cause the prof's seem to be a bit more laid-back in the summer.
It's $33/credit hour in-state and $96/credit hour out of state..
