Accessing AADSAS?

I'm trying to become a member (or so I can log in) on the AADSAS homepage to start filling info out for the 08 app cycle... how do I go about doing that? I tried clicking on the AADSAS Instructions link, but it's currently down. Please help!

you wont be able to create an application for the 08 cycle until may 15.
