I was accepted to a medical school for the 2020 application cycle and am definitely planning on matriculating this summer, but I accidentally initiated an application for the 2021 application cycle on AMCAS. Obviously I'm not going to fill anything out or submit it, but I did receive an email directly after from AMCAS saying I initiated an application and it also gave some information about being a re-applicant. I'm probably over worrying but I just don't want the med school that I'm going to attend to think that I am going to reapply to other schools. I doubt they can even tell that I initiated an application since I'm not going to submit it, but I was wondering if anyone knew for sure whether or not med schools can see if you initiate an application. Thanks for your help!

I initiated the next year's application on purpose after I was accepted, to see if a new school near my hometown was on the application, out of curiosity. I never thought anything about it and never heard anything about it...they can't see it if you don't submit.
