Accidentally withdrew from a program

While assigning a new LOR to programs, I accidentally clicked on the "withdraw my application" box for one of the programs. I didn't even realize it until later when I was rechecking all of them and found out I had withdrawn my application! I "un" withdrew myself and everything was reuploaded to the program, so I think it is ok now. My question is, should I contact the program and let them know my temporary withdrawal was by accident? Or leave it be? Thanks!

I didn't know you could "unwithdraw". If you did, then they probably can't tell. regardless, it's a harmless error and I would call the program coordinator and explain the situation. Hearing them tell you that your application is still being looked at will likely make you sleep better over the next few weeks.
