Accredited fellowships

So I know a few people who did ophthalmology residencies in the US but went on to do fellowships abroad (Moorefields, New Zeland, etc). My question is are there any foreign fellowships that are AUPO accredited? I looked on AUPO website and didn't find any info on this.

I don't think there are. However, a strong fellowship abroad (ie. Moorefields) is a strong fellowship regardless of their AUPO certification status. In fact, there are many strong fellowships in the states that are not AUPO certified!
