Accuracy of COVID-19 tests???

I've been doing a Google search and haven't been able to find anything on the sensitivity or specificity of our COVID-19 tests. Does anyone know the tests' accuracy?

After seeing those NBA plays test positive but remain asymptomatic and seeing that something like 42% of people on that cruise ship were positive but asymptomatic, this makes me wonder how specific the tests are.

I saw 70% but anyway I read ordering chest CT’s is a better way to diagnose COVID.

Yeah but that's pretty impractical. You have to terminally clean the machine in between each patient.
