Hi all!

So I finished the AAMC unscored FL yesterday and got 0.75 (C/P), 0.83 (CARS), 0.75 (B/B), and 0.73 (P/S). I plugged these values into a calculator someone posted on reddit and it said my predicted score would be 513. I've also taken NS 1-3 so far (I've taken NS 1 and 2 two times each) and my scores have ranged from 508-510. My most recent score for NS 3 was 508 (127/126/128/127).

How comparable is the unscored FL to the actual exam? CARS is definitely my weakest section of all of them and I found the unscored CARS to be a little more manageable than NS3 so I'm taking my CARS score with a grain of salt. Also, I've seen a lot of different answers on this forum, but is it true that NS's exams are slightly harder than the real exam? How accurate is their score conversion?

Thanks so much!

Unscored CARS is definitely on the easier side.... I'd take your raw score to be average to slightly above, maybe 125-126

NS's score conversions are relatively generous meaning that I'm not entirely convinced they're reliable, in spite of what others have said about the difficulty of the exams. For example 71% on C/P is a 128... what? Given that and what others have posted regarding NS vs. AAMC practice vs actual isn't clear if I should rely on their metrics...
