accuracy of score

All right, this may seem like a strange question.. but have any of you heard of someone receiving one score and then getting an email or being notified by their school that their score was wrong and it was something else?

Or is what I see on my sheet the only # that will ever be affiliated with my USMLE Step 1? Or, has this happened to someone you know and I should still double check with my school?

What makes you ask? Is your score that outrageously high that you couldn't have possibly really scored it?

No, it's not outrageously high, but it's much better than I expected and I am still, partially, in disbelief. (Obviously), but just need this last bit of assurance from someone out there who has considered this or has/has not heard about this (unlikely) scenario happening.
