No, those on your link are different because 1) they are much easier than the science content on the MCAT and 2) the question format on the MCAT is different...mostly a viniette with several questions following, but some short multiple choice q's.

The questions on that site seem like the discrete questions found on the MCAT, which unfortunately comprise a very little percentage on the exam.
