Accused of cheating!

For one of my wax ups for lab, the faculty accused me of cheating on one of the tooth i turned it.
They said that I took a mold of the tooth. They came to this conclusion because the occlusal surface was almost identical to the typodont tooth model. They 3D scanned my wax up and the typodont tooth model and compared them and that is their proof that I cheated.

I DID NOT CHEAT. I worked really hard on this tooth and all of that work is being thrown to the trash because they assume no student can do this and that I cheated.

They gave me a 0 for the project which is worth 20% of the final grade. While I do not care too much about the 0, I do care about passing the class and with this situation there is no way of passing. I am at a 90% average before I was accused of cheating, and seeing how my last project is only 10%, there is no way I can make over a 75% in the class. They will fail me.

I have talked to 2 of the faculty that accused me and they are adamant that I cheated. I have tried explaining myself, talking about my wax up process, but they won't listen to me and discard everything I say and won't even give me the opportunity to defend my case. For my last project I spend over 12 hours waxing it over a weekend, not studying for finals, and putting my all into it. The day it was due, they told me that since I copied the typodont tooth that it would be a failure because the model is incorrect. I spent that much time replicating the model so that I could have them 3D scan that one as well to prove my innocence, and within 2 seconds they discarded that too and made me re-wax it in order to pass that project.

What can I do at this point? I just want to pass. I didn't cheat and they're going to fail me.

Apparently not, or I am not aware of it. Should I ask for one or make mention of this? They're making me feel that if I try and fight this and not accept the accusations that I will be kicked out in sooner or later.

I’d take it to someone higher up if you don’t have an honor council (which is really bizarre). This is your career, I wouldn’t go down without a proper fight

I talked to the dean of student affairs through out the process and he has been reassuring me the i am not in jeopardy of behind dismissed or repeating the year, just maybe have to remediate.

Go to the dean. Demand all those professors to spend 12 hours with you watching waxing the tooth.
Be careful, they will hate you after that

So, interesting story here.

If you truly didn't cheat, YOU NEED TO FIGHT THIS.

I had a girl who lied in a class I taught, and she threatened to take me all the way to the boards. Needless to say, because she was lying, she backed out when I called her bluff.

However, if I was in a position where I didn't cheat. Boy would I fight it.

This whole situation sounds so ridiculous they can’t prove you cheated and it’s a freakin was up, id fight it as much as possible because you don’t want this to disqualify you from future residencies, jobs, honors, etc. since I’m assuming it would be on your permanent record?

I want to fight this I really do, but they're making it seem that they have all the evidence in the world and if I keep on doing so most likely I won't be allowed to remediate the lab... This is... bizarre. I’m surprised they’re really this hard pressed about it considering if word got out about what school this is, it would be a huge red flag for applicants. Does not sound like a smart administration.

I did. On the final project I documented every step and spend hours replicating the model because I was going to ask them to 3D scan that one as well and prove that I made it. Come lab day and it was going to be due, I asked the faculty to step outside and talk and I requested this project be 3D scanned. They told me if I turned it in then I would get a failing grade for that tooth because the model tooth is incorrect on the typodont. So with about 30 min left I had to make the tooth fit properly and my whole "proof" of my ability went down the drain.
