Anyone have some solid references for ACE/ARB equivalence and how to make INH IVPB? I was told to make INH 300 mg in 100 cc of NS TRO 30 min, but have no solid reference to quote. Just wondering if anyone else makes it differently and has a good source to back it up in print. Thanks in advance.
