To be fair, guys, many of the old editions are no longer in print (and no longer available on the ASA website for sale). Hopefully the ASA will make these available for sale in an electronic version at some point? (you could e-mail the ASA to see if this was happening anytime soon) - I bet a lot of people would be interested in this (we all have to take the exam to recertify in 10 years).
